On Wall Street, Ahmed from Turkey passes by Faisal from Pakistan and gives him the salam. They then begin to converse in Arabic and say:

كيف حالك؟
How are you?

أنا بخير و الحمد لله.
I'm fine, all perfection is for Allah.

و كيف تجارتك الآن؟
And how is your business now?

هي طيبة، نشكر الرزاق...
It's well, we thank the Provider...

Imagine the scenario above multiplied many times throughout NYC. That is the Foundation's vision of where NYC will be in 2035 inshallah. The majority of Muslims in NYC will speak to each other in Arabic.

When the Prophet went home after his first encounter with Jibreel, would anyone have thought that Islam would be present from the city that never sleeps, NYC, to the wintry hills of Russia to the islands of Japan?

Did anyone believe a hundred years ago that a man would walk on the moon? Do you doubt that most of the Muslims in NYC in 2035 will speak to each other in Arabic?

"But Allah is not to be caused failure by anything in the heavens or on the earth. Indeed, He is ever Knowing and Competent." [35:44]

The revival of learning the language of the Quran has begun! Do this today: Read a page of the Quran and then its translation. Now, imagine reading the Quran page after page and understanding it completely in Arabic as if you are reading it in your mother-tongue! Imagine standing behind the Imam in Ramadan during Tarawih prayers and understanding the ayaat that make him weep!
